AFTERCARE & FAQ's

Why are my windows wet?

It is very important that you do not cloth dry your windows after we have left. They are intentionally left wet to enable them to dry naturally and leave a streak free finish

How often can you clean my windows?

You can pay for a one off clean, 4 or 8 weekly, however due to the build up of grime, pollution and dust we recommend a monthly clean

Can you also clean my interior windows?

We are specialists in both interior and exterior window cleaning in residential and commercial properties

How much do you charge?

The price depends on the frequency and size of your property or shop. We are happy to provide a no obligation free quote

Why can a first clean/one-off clean be more expensive?

As windows collect dirt over time, the initial clean takes longer and is more costly, however, if you have regular cleans they will be quicker and cheaper

How can I pay you?

We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer

I want my windows cleaned by someone using traditional window cleaning methods, do you offer this service?

Yes, we specialise in providing traditional methods AND using new technology, providing the environment required for cleaning is safe to use this method. We aim to avoid working on ladders due to working at heights legislation, so this method is only available on bungalows

Why don't you use a ladder to clean my windows?

Pure water is pumped vertically through a telescopic pole of up to 70 feet. This means that cleaning operatives can reach heights, scrubbing and rinsing windows without the need for a ladder. This ensures the working environment is safer, particularly in winter weather conditions. And as there’s no need to have ladders carried around your property, the whole process is considerably quicker

Are you eco-friendly?

The water fed pole system is an eco-friendly option. This is because the pole eliminates the need to use detergents and other chemicals that then wash off the building and onto the ground below.

Will you still clean our windows in the rain?

We work in most weather conditions to maintain the regularity of our service. Working in light or medium rain and winds is a usual service standard within the window cleaning industry.

Are you insured to come to my property?

We have public liability insurance and are fully compliant with health & safety standards.
